Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken ( you can either buy ground
chicken or put boneless chicken pieces in food processor and process it)
1 egg
Salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili flakes (or to taste)
1tsp onion powder
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Oil for frying
Process
1.
Place chicken in a
mixing bowl. Using a rubber spatula, fold in all the above ingredients and let it
marinate for 1-2 hours.
2.
Divide chicken
meat into 4 or 5 piles (you decide which portion size is best for you) and
using your hands, shape into patties. (if you want you can even coat each patty
with bread crumbs).
3.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in
a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and fry patties until golden and
cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
Serve
immediately with burger buns or Kaiser rolls with onions lettuce. Must try it
with buffalo sauce!!
With the left over chicken mince marinade you can make smaller patty and serve with egg for a perfect weekend brunch
